"The relationship between Paris and Doug is over," her rep tells Us. "She broke up with him more than two weeks ago." The two began dating early last year but split last June. About a month later, they got back together. At the time, a source told Us: "They are definitely happy again."
Hilton's friend and former partying pal Richie Rich recently told Us he hopes they'd wed in a "huge, classical, theatric" ceremony.
Though he said they make a cute couple, he noted: "I can tell you that she wears the pants! She calls the shots! I just hope he's good to her."
Last April, Hilton, 29, seemed smitten with Reinhardt, 25, telling E! News: "He's going to be my husband ... I'm really in love and really happy."
